WHY I DO THIS
I'm a disabled veteran, and I know firsthand how much it matters to have the right training when a moment actually counts. That's what drives every class I teach — not just handing someone a certification card, but making sure they walk out able to act, without hesitation, if someone they love needs them. Whether it's a parent, a teacher, a coworker, or a stranger, the few minutes before help arrives can decide everything. I built Sheila Ford CPR and More LLC so more people in my community have those skills when it matters most.
